The Charts pages allow you to view and analyze load and work data in chart format. Within each chart you can choose which two fields you want to show on the chart (for example, Volume by Destination, Ticket Count by Hauler, Net Weight by Product, etc.), and the chart type (Bar Chart or Pie Chart). The available menu items vary depending on your type of company, so some of the pages explained here may not be available.
Each chart lets you select a date range. You can update the data displayed in each chart using the Refresh Data button

Load Tickets Chart
You can use the Load Tickets Chart page to view load data from scale sites. The load data shown includes all loads to your organization's scale sites and all loads for which you are setup to view from other organizations. Void tickets are not shown.
Load data can be viewed many different ways on this page.
- Specify the time period that you are interested in using the Date Filters.
- Choose the field that you wish to quantify from the Plot dropdown list. This field is shown on the Y (vertical) axis for a Bar Chart, or is used to set the size of each slice in a Pie Chart.
- Choose the field that you wish to group by from the vs dropdown list. This field is shown on the X (horizontal) axis for a Bar Chart, or is used to define the slices in a Pie Chart.
- Indicate what kind of chart you want by selecting Bar Chart or Pie Chart from the Chart Type dropdown list.

Hover your mouse over the a bar or pie slice to view more information about the loads. The additional information is shown in a popup text box.

- Scale: only loads arriving at your scale sites are shown.
Trip Tickets Chart
You can use the Trip Tickets Chart page to view load data from apps like 4Loads and CFLogistics. The load data shown includes all loads from your organization and all loads for which you are setup to view from other organizations.
