The Loads menu is where you find records of deliveries that have been made. There are two types of delivery records:
- Load Tickets: These delivery records are typically from the company that received the product (for example, a mill), and usually contain very accurate weight/volume measurements (for example, from a weigh scale).
- Trip Tickets: These delivery records are typically from the company that shipped the product (for example, the company that is doing the harvesting or hauling work), and usually contain less accurate weight/volume measurements (for example, an estimate or a weight from a crane used to load the truck). Trip ticket records usually provide more information about the source of the product compared to load tickets - for example, the exact map coordinate where the load originated.
The specific options on the Loads menu vary depending on your type of company. For example, if you are a company that owns scale sites, you will see a Scale Site Load Tickets option. If you are a hauling company, you will see a Hauler Load Tickets option. Each option takes you to a page that displays all of the load tickets that relate to you.
